Who Should Take This Course: Rope access or aspiring rope access technicians who work regularly in both North America and oversees. IRATA and SPRAT rope access certifications are very similar. The primary difference is that IRATA is the main governing body for Industrial Rope Access workers in the UK, Europe, Africa, and Asia & Australia while SPRAT oversees the Industrial Rope Access industry in North America. IRATA is more rigorous in their restrictions, auditing process and training requirements but both courses cover essentially the same skill set. There are minor differences in techniques taught in levels I and II while level III is effectively the same. RAC are one of the first within Canada with rope access techniques. Our instructors offer learning from their in-depth experiences to provide additional skills and knowledge over and above the required syllabus or both IRATA and SPRAT. Our fully equipped and technically sophisticated facilities are some of the largest in North America.About Dual Certification
